Sam Presvelos is a civil litigation lawyer based in Toronto, Ontario. Sam graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he won prizes for high academic achievement in Real Estate and Corporate Law. He articled at McCarthy Tétrault LLP and subsequently started his own practice.
Sam has successfully litigated cases at all levels of court in Ontario and has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada. The results he has obtained for his clients, in and out of court, earned him recognition as one of Toronto's Top 100 Lawyers (2021 and 2022) by Post Magazine.

Evan A. Presvelos
Evan Presvelos is a civil litigation lawyer practising in Toronto, Ontario. Evan graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, where he won the Blake, Cassels & Graydon Entrance Scholarship as well as the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Scholarship & Award in Legal Writing.
Evan has experience both as a civil litigator appearing before all levels of court in Ontario and as corporate counsel for medium-size and large businesses. During his experience as corporate counsel, Evan negotiated complex, multi-million dollar transactions between multinational companies.
